Sessions are provided in person, phone or video chat programs (zoom).  There is no difference in the quality of the session that you receive.

Please note that the time you are booking is AST (Atlantic Standard Time).

My sessions are not recorded other than zoom sessions, which can be downloaded after your session. You are more than welcome to record your own in person session.

Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling policy: It is appreciated that if appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled, they need to be changed 24hrs in advance.

YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NOT CHARGED WHEN YOU USE IT TO BOOK.

It only holds your place with your credit card. You can pay for your session with the card if you like or use another method of payment for your session. Sessions can be paid via cash, EMT, debit and credit. All online sessions must be paid prior to your session.

Clients that are no shows with no notice will be charged 30% of there session fee. My time is as valuable as is yours and as I respect your time, I ask you to respect mine.

I am pleased to offer you a receipt for all of my sessions that can be claimed against most extended health care programs that cover Naturopaths or your taxes. Please let me know if you require a receipt as additional information will be required.
